Hello, I'm Paul BREON

Computer Science Master Student at CESI & Apprentice in a Reacherch Laboratory in CESI LINEACT.

Drummer and conductor.

Vice President for Community Life in the CESI Student Office.

About Me

I'm a passionate computer science student pursuing my master's degree while working as an apprentice in a research lab. I enjoy solving problems and exploring innovative technologies.

Here's a brief timeline of my journey:

I'm also a passionate about music! I've realized a lot of things as a musician:

Personnal projects

3 2 1 Dimension!

At first, it was just a short game that played with dimensions and perspectives. Now it has become more important, since I have added more mini games, such as the possibility to travel through a town in 3D or even play a little racing game.

Play the Game

And here is the old version of it.

Play the Game

Web Unity no vision Project

This is a Unity project that works online even when you can't see anything. To start seeing your environment, click to make points appear and help you visualise it.

Play the Game

Godot little Game

A way to show my ability to quickly take control of several 3D/2D engines. Godot is an open source 3D/2D engine, hence my choice for it. It is a tiny GTA inspired game.

Play the Game

Reinforcement Learning

To improve my skills and develop new ones, I completed a small Python-based AI project. The AI simply had to play the 'Tetris' game and try to get the highest score possible without knowing the positions of the elements in advance.

Student projects

C++ project

The objective is to create an app to edit a database with a graphical interface. View on GitHub

C# project

The objective is to recreate a folder explorer like the one in Windows using C# library.

Algorithm project

The objective is to create a little like Google Maps with an algorithm. We also discover the Traveler's problem and try to solve it in python using ants algorithm for example.

Web project HTML

The main topic is to discover how does the web works with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. View on GitHub

Web project REACT

The main topic is to discover how does the web works with REACT, JavaScript and TypeScript. View on GiLab

Network project

The objective is to understand how to configure IP adress and create LAN in a big network, how to securize it and how to manage it.

Active Directory

The objective is to understand how to an all Active Directory with multiple computers.

Profesional projects

ROS Unity project

A CESI LINEACT package to communicate directly with ROS and Unity in VR. It permit to make some more digital twin of robots and communicate with the real one directly.

Factory Design

As part of the digital twin, these will allow to integrate scientific work in pedagogy to a large population of students through the project Automated System (also called Factory Design). The automated system project is a project for the fourth year in master degree generalist specialty and computer science specialty. The objective of this project is to automate the gluing process in a production line by proposing the physical installation of the production line.

LOOPER

A CESI LINEACT project to generate human action's datasets in VR with multi point of view by using motion capture and creating a LINEACT data format. It is able to generate multipoint of view datasets fast and precisely.

MIRAGE

At ELTE Eötvös Loránd in the research, we wanted to have an AI model that is able to generate 3D Gaussian Splatts with both synthetic and real datasets. My contribution is on the dataset generation with LOOPER and in the AI configuration with its parameters and to make a plug and play solution easily deployable.

NADI

In the University of Lille at CRIStAL in the ALGOMUS team, which is specialized in music analysis, there was a project about real time analysis. My contribution is on the algorithms development by creating an Oracle Factor, Suffix Automaton and an FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) to make real time music analysis using MIDI inputs on instruments.
